Things you may have not known about Crystals

1. Rhythm: Crystals are repeated atoms, ions or molecules.

2.  Any Solid material can cystalize

3. Crystal glass, which is used for things like vases consists of atoms or molecules that are all jumbled, not like well patterned order that defines a crystal.

4. The oldest known pieces of our planet, which are predicted to be 4.4 billion year old zircon crystals, from Australia.

5. The centre of the earth was thought to be one 1,500 mile wide iron crystal. It is thought now that it is not made up of one, but a number of smaller crystals.
